Arshia Eghbali is an architect, artist, and writer based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Techno-Anthropology Lab (TANTlab) at the Department of Culture & Communication at Aalborg University Copenhagen. Arshia operates within a hybrid field of research, public engagement, and artistic practice. He holds a double PhD from the Department of Arts and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen and the Department of Architecture at the University of Bologna. His interests include home cultures, urban cultures, everyday life, “life of objects”, and experimental uses of literature, digital humanities, and the visual arts in research. Arshia has taught classes and workshops at the University of Copenhagen, the University of Bologna, the University of Tehran, and Aalborg University. His artworks, projects, and writings have appeared in exhibitions and publications in English, Persian, Italian, and Danish.
