
Arshia Eghbali is an architect, artist, and writer based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Techno-Anthropology Lab (TANTlab) at the Department of Culture & Learning at Aalborg University. Arshia operates within a hybrid field of research, public engagement, and artistic practice. He holds a double PhD from the Department of Arts and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen and the Department of Architecture at the University of Bologna. His interests include domestic cultures, ethnographies of everyday life, urban tourism, human-environment relations, “life of objects”, and the uses of creative writing and the visual arts in research. Arshia has taught classes and workshops at the University of Copenhagen, the University of Bologna, and the University of Tehran. His artworks, projects, and writings have appeared in exhibitions and publications in English, Persian, Italian, and Danish.
