The Urban Belonging App
The Urban Belonging app is an urban anthropological research tool that enables researchers to easily design photo-voice tasks where participants can take photos and annotate them with tags, notes, sentiments, and voice recordings. The geolocated data is accessible through the dashboard and can be used for analysis and as a boundary object in participatory workshops.
Since January 2025, I have been involved in the design and development of the app, particularly focusing on UI/UX and the app’s research and engagement applications.
